The Yadhavi Foundation was established by Mr Sathish Sivakumar, founder of Yadhavi Sports Academy for Special Needs. An internationally certified coach and lifelong member of the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA), Mr Sathish brings extensive expertise in inclusive sports training. He has completed numerous programmes and workshops on the Principles of Coaching and Fundamental Sports Skills for Young Athletes, and holds multiple Safety Training Awards (STA), including the Level 2 Award in Aquatic Teaching for People with Disabilities. He is also fully qualified in resuscitation, first aid, and beach lifeguarding (ILLFS Level 3 Award, QCF), ensuring the highest standards of safety and care in all activities.
