Yadhavi Foundation recently organized the Youreka Camp at Skandagiri, bringing together children and families for a memorable four-day adventure. With nearly 70 participants, the camp offered a carefully curated mix of trekking, dance, music, and campfire activities, designed to promote personal growth, teamwork, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Parents actively joined in coordinating and participating in activities, while children engaged in self-challenging exercises and creative learning experiences. From exploring the scenic trails of Skandagiri to sharing joyful moments around the campfire, every activity was crafted to strengthen bonds, nurture independence, and inspire resilience.

The Youreka Camp provided families with a unique opportunity to connect, create lasting memories, and embrace adventure together, reflecting Yadhavi Foundation’s commitment to inclusive learning, holistic child development, and community engagement.

At our academy, we believe learning extends far beyond classrooms — it flourishes through nature, adventure, and shared experiences. Over the years, we have organised enriching family trips that bring children and parents together to explore new environments, strengthen bonds, and grow as a supportive community.

In June 2022, families travelled to Coonoor, where the misty hills and serene landscapes created the perfect setting for relaxation, connection, and meaningful family time. The experience encouraged families to slow down, engage with nature, and enjoy shared moments of joy and reflection.

On 19th May 2023, our community journeyed to Yercaud, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking viewpoints. The outing fostered outdoor exploration, social interaction, and joyful togetherness, allowing families to build stronger relationships while children gained confidence in new surroundings.

Continuing our tradition of adventure, on 17th May 2024, families trekked the majestic trails of Skandagiri. This invigorating experience encouraged resilience, teamwork, and confidence among both children and parents, reinforcing the value of perseverance and mutual support.

Each journey has been more than a getaway — it has been an opportunity for discovery, courage, bonding, and community spirit. Through these shared adventures, we continue to strengthen families, nurture lifelong memories, and build a vibrant, connected academy community.

Our Kids-Only Adventure & Learning Camps are thoughtfully designed to help children explore the world independently in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Our inclusive Sports Academy helps children build strength, coordination, and confidence through structured training in swimming, athletics, and team games. Beyond physical skills, sports instil discipline, resilience, and teamwork, which transfer naturally into everyday life.

The Life Skill Development Centre complements this by teaching essential functional abilities, communication, vocational exposure, and independence. Parents often notice significant progress in their child’s confidence, decision-making, and problem-solving skills after regular participation.

Creative initiatives like Dance School and Music School provide children with expressive outlets.
